Class Descriptions

Step Challenge
This class puts an updated twist on an all-time favorite. If you are looking for a fun way to burn a ton of calories, this class is for you!

 

Butts & Guts
This class puts all the focus right where you want it. We will squat, lunge, curtsy, and crunch our way to your best booty ever. No doubt, THIS will be one of your favorite classes.

 

Arms & Core
This class will tone and sculpt your upper body for those summer tank tops. This class has no cardio. All the focus is on sculpting your arms, back, chest and abs using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, body bars, gliders, and benches.

 

RIPPED
This class is a member favorite. Come try this one-hour bootcamp style class and fall in love. This class includes everything from tires and sleds to treadmills and our Jacobs Ladder. The format is 30 seconds of work with a 15-second transition that includes 25-30 different exercises. You'll never get bored with this kick-butt class!

 

Total Body
Total Body consist of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weighted compound exercises to give you a whole body workout. Be ready to burn calories and build and tone your muscles during this hour class.

My goal has always been to make people feel COMFORTABLE, CAPABLE, and CONNECTED.

COMFORTABLE - in their own skin. Fitness is a lifestyle. The journey is forever changing…. as it should be. We change, so must our journey. Being comfortable is about learning to love yourself in every season.

CAPABLE - of accomplishing anything your heart desires. So many times I hear all the reasons “why” someone feels they can’t do something. I believe in focusing on the things you CAN do, not the things you CAN’T do. There is always a way.

CONNECTED - to one’s inner strength. What type of exercise do you enjoy? What’s your passion? I want to help you figure that out and fall in love with living a healthy lifestyle. Connecting with real people while getting in shape and having fun!

 

MY FITNESS JOURNEY

My journey with fitness began 23 years ago. After the birth of my second son, a co-worker convinced me to join our local health club. Shortly after, one of the group fitness instructors didn’t show up for class. Standing in a room full of members that were growing increasingly impatient (including myself), I was somehow talked into “filling in” that night….and well, as they say, the rest is history. Twenty-three years later I still love fitness just as much as I did all those years ago. I love every second of it!
